Dear Partner,

We are happy to announce you that we are starting to receive your nominations for the academic year 2013-2014.

To nominate your students to the University of SS. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, Slovakia  (SK TRNAVA02), please email us (erasmus@ucm.sk; jana.judinyova@ucm.sk) the following information of each of your students:

· Full name

· Date of Birth

· E-mail address

· Study area

· Period of mobility (winter, spring semester or full year)

· Statement of you r student´s grant (per month and total amount) – this statement is necessary for the registration of  your student´s stay in Slovakia

Your nominated students will receive an e-mail from us with the information on the application process and the required documents; this information is also available at our website: http://www.ucm.sk/en/students.

Your students will have to complete the follow ing forms:

· Student Application and Learning Agreement – 3 copies;

· Copy of ID card or passport;

· Accommodation Form;

and submit the statement of his/her student´s grant

Our application deadlines are following:

· Winter semester or full year: 30 May 2013

· Spring semester: 15 December 2013

Once your students send us their application forms, we will check them and send the accepted students acceptance letters and confirmed  Student Application and Learning Agreements, so that the students can start their travel preparations.
